Dandy Dogs is a business in the Mobile Grooming and Pet Industry that markets pet products and offers clients a professional mobile grooming service.
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed and delivered within 7-14 working days and delivery confirmed by way of Tracking Number. Whilst most stock we carry and can issue immediately there are items from overseas that take longer for delivery, but you will be notified of any delays in your order via e-mail.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Dandy Dogs is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Dandy Dogs will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a cancellation fee.
Customer Privacy Policy
Dandy Dogs shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via bank transfer into the Dandy Dogs bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Variation
Dandy Dogs may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
